View Your Zoom Phone Voicemails and Call History

General Info

Your Zoom phone voicemails and call history can be viewed in either the desktop Zoom app or through the Zoom website. Note that while the desktop app saves your voicemails indefinitely with local storage, the website will only allow you to view voicemails you have received in the last month.

Desktop App

First, sign in to the Zoom desktop app with SSO.

Once signed in, click the Phone tab along the top of the app:

When in the Phone tab, you will see a column on the left that includes tabs for your call history and voicemails.

From these tabs you can call back missed callers, see users you have placed outbound calls to, listen to voicemails, and more.

Website

Once signed in, select Phone in the leftmost column. You may also bookmark this link to go straight to your call history: https://wvm-edu.zoom.us/pbx/page/telephone/myZoomTelephony#/my-cloud-phone/call-log-new

Once you're there, you will see tabs for Voicemail and Call History along the top of the page.

You can do similar actions as you could in the Zoom desktop app here, but note that the view is a bit more restricted. You can only view time ranges of up to one month at a time, so voicemails older than a month won't appear by default; you would have to change the dates in the From and To fields near the top to your desired month to view voicemails you received in it.
