Navigate to Your Zoom Phone Settings

General Info

Many features of your Zoom phone are configured on the Zoom phone settings page, which is found on the Zoom website. It requires that you log in with your district Zoom account.

The Detailed Version

First, log in to your Zoom phone on the web at https://wvm-edu.zoom.us/signin. You can get additional info on how to log into Zoom by following this guide: https://servicedesk.wvm.edu/support/solutions/articles/17000171951

Second, once you're logged in, you can navigate to https://wvm-edu.zoom.us/profile. This is your profile settings page where you can configure many different things about your Zoom account, but for this article we are interested in your phone settings. On the leftmost column of the page, select Phone. Once the Phone page loads, select the Settings tab along the top.

From here you can manage things such as setting up call forwarding or setting a personal voice mail greeting.
