District VDI Desktop Assignment
Users are added to needed AD use case groups in [ad.wvm.edu/Managed Objects/VDI/West Valley College/Groups/Use Cases/]
Each use case is assigned a desktop profile and applicable application definitions by addition of the application AD group being listed as a "Member Of" for the use case.
For offsite access a user must be part of the [WV User Case - TelecomAgree] group as this gives them the required MFA membership to sign in via UAG from offsite. If a user is only accessing from onsite clients they should not be added to the TelecomAgree group.
