General Information
This method requires that you know your current password or have access to a valid MFA method. If you need the password reset, please use the self-service password reset. If you need additional assistance, please submit a password issue ticket or contact our Help Desk at 408-741-2696, open M-F from 8AM to 5PM.
Getting Started
Visit https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2224198 and log in with your work email and password if prompted. If asked to approved the sign-in request, use a valid MFA method to approve the request. At the next screen you'll be prompted to enter a new password.
